The guests must reach the origin point at least an hour before the departure from Mumbai or Delhi to smoothly complete their pre-boarding formalities. The information having the final details of the meeting points will be given to the guests through the travel document via email or by hand approximately 14 days before the departure date.
After the completion of boarding formalities, all the guests will get an assisted transfer to the cabins with their luggage. Regarding the disembarkation formalities, the guests will get informed on their final night on board. Our train manager will supervise and assist all the guests during the completion of the formalities.
Note : All the onboard guests are requested to keep sufficient intermittent time between their disembarkation and the onward journey. As foggy weather conditions prevail in the northern states of India during the months of December and January; it can cause unexpected delays.
